FrostPal is a free, informational resource for training and reference. It offers general sales guidance, prompts, calculators and examples. It isn't professional, legal or financial advice, and it isn't official information from any carrier or employer.
Check what you use
AI tools can be wrong, and so can guidance written for a general situation. Read and check anything a prompt, Pal or calculator helps you produce before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You're responsible for what you send, say and agree to.
No guaranteed results
FrostPal is meant to help you work better, but it can't guarantee any sales result, deal, commission or outcome.
Estimates depend on assumptions
Calculators and examples give estimates and ranges based on the assumptions shown. They aren't quotes, rates or invoices. Change the assumptions to match your situation, and use your company's own rates and published carrier information for anything you give a customer.
Sources can go out of date
Carrier rules, surcharges and other facts change. Sources show the date they were checked, but always confirm current details with the carrier's own published information before relying on them.
Follow your employer's rules
Use only the AI tools your employer allows, and follow its policies on customer information, pricing, approvals and what you may share. Nothing on FrostPal overrides those rules or authorises you to share anything you otherwise couldn't.
Don't paste confidential information
Every prompt is built to work without confidential information. Don't paste customer names tied to deals, pricing, contract terms, invoices, account numbers or anything from your employer's internal systems into any AI tool through FrostPal's prompts.
Using FrostPal's content
You're welcome to use the prompts, and what they help you produce, in your own work. Please don't copy, republish or sell FrostPal's content or site as your own, and don't use the site in a way that disrupts it for others. FrostPal links to other websites and is meant to be used with AI tools it doesn't control. Their terms and policies apply when you use them, and FrostPal isn't responsible for them.
