What FrostPal is
FrostPal is a free sales playbook for people who sell small-package shipping. It's organised around the stages of a sale, and each stage has the prompts, calculators, battle cards and guides that help at that point.
Who it's for
Mostly newer shipping sales reps, in their first months on the job, who need to learn the trade and sell at the same time. Experienced reps can skip the explanations and go straight to the tools.
The problem it solves
A new rep has to learn how parcels are priced, how to read an account, how to size an opportunity and how to handle pushback, usually all at once. Many also have access to an AI tool at work but aren't sure what's safe to paste into it. FrostPal gives them a clear order to work in, and tools that produce something useful without any confidential information.
How the playbook works
- The Toolbox shows every stage of the sale. Pick the one you're in.
- Stage pages tell you what to do first, what to use, and when you're ready to move on.
- Prompts are copy-and-paste instructions for the AI tool your company allows. You fill in the blanks with public information or your own descriptions.
- Calculators run in your browser and show their math.
- Battle cards help you handle common objections and situations in under a minute.
- Guides explain how things work, and end with the tool that does the job.
- Pals are setup prompts that turn an AI chat into a coach or a practice buyer.

Independent and carrier-neutral
FrostPal is an independent project. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any carrier, postal operator or employer. It's written to be useful whichever carrier you sell for. It doesn't publish official pricing, service standards or carrier policy; for those, always check your carrier's own published guides and your company's rates.
How the content is made
FrostPal's content is informed by the owner's own experience in shipping sales. Carrier rules, surcharges and other checkable facts link to public sources, with the date they were checked, so you can verify them and so they can be updated when things change. Prompts are tested in at least three AI tools before they're marked Live. Everything carries a status (Live, Being built or Coming soon), and only Live items are presented as ready to use.
What FrostPal doesn't do
- It doesn't quote rates or tell you what to charge.
- It doesn't need, ask for or store customer names, pricing, invoices or account data.
- It isn't a CRM, and it doesn't keep track of your deals or your progress.
- It doesn't track you, use analytics or require an account.
- It doesn't speak for any carrier or employer.
