The short version
FrostPal is a set of static web pages. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics and no tracking. The site doesn't collect, store or send anything you type.
What you type stays in your browser
- Prompt fields. Blanks you fill in on a prompt or Pal page stay in your browser tab. They're used only to build the prompt you see on the screen, and they're gone when you leave the page.
- The privacy helper. Some fields check for things like prices, account numbers and email addresses as you type. That check runs in your browser only. It doesn't send your text anywhere.
- Calculators. Calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter aren't saved or sent.
- Checklists and tick boxes. Tick boxes in guides and on the 90-Day Path are for the current visit only. They clear when you leave the page. Nothing records your progress.
- Searches and filters. Glossary searches stay on the page. In the prompt library, your search words and filters are added to the page address so you can bookmark or share a filtered view. They stay in your browser, but if you reload, bookmark or share that address, the words are part of it, like any web address.
FrostPal's pages and scripts don't set cookies or use your browser's storage.
When you copy a prompt
The copy button puts the prompt on your device's clipboard. It leaves FrostPal only when you paste it somewhere yourself, usually into an AI tool. From then on, that AI tool's own terms and privacy policy apply, and so do your employer's rules. That's why every prompt is built so you never need to paste confidential information.
No embedded AI or other services
FrostPal doesn't embed any AI service, chat widget or third-party tool. Its fonts and images are served from the same site, so opening a page doesn't contact other companies. Links to outside sources, such as a carrier's published guides, take you to those sites, and their own privacy policies apply.
The web host
Like almost every website, FrostPal is served by a hosting company. Its servers may record basic technical information when a page is requested, such as the address the request came from, the browser and the time. FrostPal adds no tracking of its own on top of that. Owner to confirm: confirm Hostinger's standard log settings and retention, and whether you can see or turn off these logs
Changes and contact
If how FrostPal works changes (for example, if something is ever added that sends information anywhere), this page will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change. Owner to confirm: add a contact for privacy questions, such as hello@frostpal.com
